Una combinaci\u00f3 d&#8217;ingredients essencials que, en equilibri, desperten tota la seva for\u00e7a: pasta fusili, escabetx suau i els nostres musclos A MAR, seleccionats un per un. Un plat que connecta amb la brisa del mar i els sabors de casa.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients principals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pasta fusili<\/li>\n<li>1 llauna de musclos en escabetx A MAR<\/li>\n<li>Salsa de tom\u00e0quet<\/li>\n<li>1 gra d&#8217;all<\/li>\n<li>1 bitxo vermell<\/li>\n<li>Formatge parmes\u00e0<\/li>\n<li>Fulles d&#8217;alf\u00e0brega fresca<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pas a pas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bull la pasta fusili amb aigua amb sal durant 12 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Separa una mica de salsa de tom\u00e0quet per incorporar al sofregit.<\/li>\n<li>Pica l&#8217;all en brunoise i el bitxo vermell a rodanxes fines.<\/li>\n<li>Confita&#8217;ls en una olla amb oli a foc molt baix.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix-hi la salsa de tom\u00e0quet i barreja-ho b\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Obre la llauna de musclos A MAR i afegeix unes cullerades de l&#8217;escabetx al sofregit.<\/li>\n<li>Separa cinc musclos, pica&#8217;ls en brunoise i afegeix-los a la barreja.<\/li>\n<li>Cuina-ho tot durant 10 minuts m\u00e9s, a foc suau.<\/li>\n<li>Barreja aquesta salsa amb la pasta i emplata.<\/li>\n<li>Ratlla formatge parmes\u00e0 per sobre i afegeix unes fulles d&#8217;alf\u00e0brega fresca.<\/li>\n<li>Acaba amb la resta de musclos sencers com a toc final.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Una recepta per als que saben que el sabor aut\u00e8ntic est\u00e0 en els detalls.<br \/>Una recepta espectacular.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A cadascuna d&#8217;aquestes receptes hi ha un tros de mar, de vent i de mem\u00f2ria.
