There are unique ingredients that only the sea can give us, such as its tramuntana, its salt and its depth, its sunrises and sunsets, which dance with the breeze day after day. The sea is much more than a place. It is a way of living, feeling and being.

Representing the haute cuisine of the Alt Empordà, the sea has always been the inspiration for the cuisine of its Miramar restaurant, awarded with two Michelin stars. Specifically, from Mar d’Amunt, the way the north coast of Cap de Creus to Port de la Selva, Llançà, Cervera or Portbou is popularly known.

Together we have created a sauce so special that “it is like a blow from the sea” says Paco Perez. Made with sustainable and farmed algae, we invite you to discover it with our preserves and in many of your dishes, such as rice, fish, pasta or salads.

We know that the sea is a great regenerator but it is vital that we are part of this process, adding small gestures to preserve its richness and guarantee its sustainability. That is why we are inspired by the sea and we take care of it so that we never lack it.
