This recipe combines simplicity, technique and the perfect touch of creativity to surprise any diner.<\/div>\n

The base of this delicacy is in the natural juice of the clams, which becomes the soul of the preparation. After opening the can and reserving the juice, its essence is enhanced with a spoonful of lemon miso, an ingredient that provides depth and an irresistible citrus touch. Then, xanthan is added to achieve a soft and velvety texture, ideal for enveloping each clam with a blanket of flavor.<\/div>\n

The emulsion process is key: everything is mixed in a blender until a uniform and shiny sauce is obtained. The clams, elegantly presented on a plate, are bathed in this sauce, allowing each bite to be an explosion of freshness and sophistication.
