Authentic and unique flavours! Today we enjoyed a creation by chef Paco Pérez with Gordal olives stuffed with piparra, bathed in a delicious sauce made with Gordal olive water and a special touch of anchovy olive, all thanks to the quality of A Mar Espectacular.
Each bite is a perfect balance between fresh, spicy and umami. An explosion of Mediterranean flavours that will take you to the coast. Ideal to surprise at your meetings! 🌊🫒✨
- Separate the liquid from the “A Mar” olives and put it in a container
- Add Xanthan to give it texture
- Add anchovy oil
- Place everything in a blender and blend until well emulsified
- Take the gordal olive and pass the piparra through the holes
- Finally, sprinkle the sauce over the gildas that we have prepared with the piparras and olives
- Add a little olive oil
