Main Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of A MAR Artisan Potatoes with Sea Salt
  • 1 can of A MAR Natural Cockles
  • A Mar d’Amunt Sauce by Paco Pérez

Step by Step:

  1. Open the bag of potatoes and carefully place them on a plate or platter.
  2. Open the can of cockles and drain them lightly.
  3. Arrange the cockles on top of the potatoes, creating a contrasting texture.
  4. Dress generously using A Mar d’Amunt sauce, which enhances the flavor of the sea with a fresh, citrusy, and spicy touch.
