Main Ingredients:
- Fusili Pasta
- 1 can of A MAR pickled mussels
- Tomato sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 red chili pepper
- Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
Step by Step:
- Boil the fusili pasta in salted water for 12 minutes.
- Set aside a little tomato sauce to add to the sauce.
- Chop the garlic into a fine grater and thinly slice the red chili pepper.
- Confit them in a pot with oil over very low heat.
- Add the tomato sauce and mix well.
- Open the can of A MAR mussels and add a few tablespoons of the marinade to the sauce.
- Separate five mussels, chop them into a fine grater, and add them to the mixture.
- Cook everything for 10 more minutes over low heat.
- Mix this sauce with the pasta and serve.
- Grate Parmesan cheese on top and add a few fresh basil leaves.
- Finish with the remaining whole mussels as a finishing touch.
