“Mistral” Recipe. Pickled Pasta

Main Ingredients:

  • Fusili Pasta
  • 1 can of A MAR pickled mussels
  • Tomato sauce
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves

Step by Step:

  1. Boil the fusili pasta in salted water for 12 minutes.
  2. Set aside a little tomato sauce to add to the sauce.
  3. Chop the garlic into a fine grater and thinly slice the red chili pepper.
  4. Confit them in a pot with oil over very low heat.
  5. Add the tomato sauce and mix well.
  6. Open the can of A MAR mussels and add a few tablespoons of the marinade to the sauce.
  7. Separate five mussels, chop them into a fine grater, and add them to the mixture.
  8. Cook everything for 10 more minutes over low heat.
  9. Mix this sauce with the pasta and serve.
  10. Grate Parmesan cheese on top and add a few fresh basil leaves.
  11. Finish with the remaining whole mussels as a finishing touch.
