A Mar d´Amunt Sauce by Paco Pérez

Apple cider vinegar, water, seaweed (Codium seaweed), rice vinegar, yuzu juice, umami (soy) flavored vegetable sauce, dehydrated Kombu seaweed, Katsuobushi (dried tuna flakes) and thickener: xanthan gum.


The product contains soy and fish, and may contain traces of molluscs and crustaceans in accordance with Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on food information provided to consumers.
